What is NASCAR4 Replay Analyser?

NASCAR4 Replay Analyser is a program with which you can load up your NASCAR4 (made by Papyrus) replays and analyse/compare driving lines and different kinds of "telemetry" plus generate race and practice reports. NASCAR4 Replay Analyser has it's roots in GPL Replay Analyser.
